Amcor, a global leader in developing and producing responsible #packaging solutions, and #OceanPotion® , a producer of classic #sunscreen and active lifestyle products, announced their collaboration on packaging for Ocean Potion’s new 3.4-ounce Mineral Kids SPF 30 Sunscreen Lotion. While Amcor and Ocean Potion have partnered on laminate tubes for nearly a decade, Ocean Potion approached Amcor when it wanted to develop a new tube as part of a product line extension for mineral-based #zincoxide sunscreen lotion specially formulated for children’s delicate skin. The Ocean Potion team envisioned a highly reflective blue vignette on the bottom half of the tube to give consumers the impression of the sun shining off the ocean waves and a yellow cap to echo the Ocean Potion logo at the top of the tube. This stunning design presented multiple printing challenges that Amcor and Ocean Potion overcame together. Using Amcor’s advanced printing capabilities and expertise in laminate tubes, the t...
