FOCUS ON YOUR CONTROL IN LIFE
Focus on what you can control Let go of what you can’t Life throws us curveballs. Some we expect, many we don’t. This year has been one of those chapters. It’s hard. But I’m learning something powerful: You can’t control the outcome. You can only control your response. 1/ Your mindset 2/ Your boundaries 3/ Who and what you give your energy to When we focus on things outside our control - like other people’s opinions, mistakes from the past, or “what ifs” about the future - it drains us. But when we stay present, and take care of our words, our energy and ourselves, we find power again. ↳ It doesn’t mean life gets easier ↳ It means we get stronger Stress, worry, and fear feed off our focus. So redirect it. We can do this. We can ask for help.
