🖨️ 𝗛𝗲𝘅𝗮-𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 is a #graphene-based conductive ink developed specifically for applications where the substrate is not a rigid PCB but a flexible, thin, or biologically compatible surface. Medical monitoring patches, wearable sensors, flexible diagnostic devices, and touch interfaces on non-planar surfaces are the contexts it is designed for.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 in these applications is not simply achieving electrical conductivity. The ink must adhere reliably to unconventional substrates, maintain its electrical performance under bending and deformation, and in medical contexts, meet the biocompatibility requirements that apply to materials in contact with skin or used in #diagnosticdevices. The graphene-based formulation is optimised to meet these constraints simultaneously, in a form that is compatible with standard #printingprocesses.

Potential applications include conductive traces in 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 used for ECG and physiological monitoring, 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵-𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 on curved or metallic structures, and ultra-thin 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗶𝘁 elements for next-generation wearable devices. These are applications where the weight, rigidity, and manufacturing constraints of conventional electronics are a real barrier, and where a printable conductive ink opens up design possibilities that were not previously practical.
