With 20+ years of hands-on industry experience, I have seen how projects can face major delays and financial challenges when critical decisions are made after the investment has already begun.


Before committing capital, ask:

๐Ÿ”น Do we have the right technology & process?

๐Ÿ”น Have we understood the failure modes and engineering risks?

๐Ÿ”น Are our materials and design properly validated?

๐Ÿ”น Do we have a clear certification strategy?

๐Ÿ”น Is the plant economics and cost model realistic?

๐Ÿ”น Do we have a clear path from certification → production → market?


⚠️ Certification does not automatically create a profitable business.

The Type 4 sector is evolving rapidly with hydrogen, advanced composites and high-pressure gas applications. The technology opportunity is significant—but so are the technical and commercial complexities.


๐Ÿ‘‰ The biggest mistake is not investing too much.

It is investing before understanding what you are investing in.
