People think mixer speed only changes mixing time.

A faster mixer can reach drop temperature quicker, but with a different shear path.
A slower mixer can reach the same temperature, but with different coating, absorption, and dispersion.
So yes, the batch may show the same final temperature.
But the powder is not necessarily the same.
Because mixer speed can shift:
how lubricants melt and coat
how stabilizers distribute
how plasticizer absorbs
how filler disperses
how bulk density develops
how much local heat the material sees
That is why the same stabilizer can look strong in one batch and weak in another.
Not because the stabilizer changed.
Because the process environment around it changed.
The extruder will show it later:
fusion shift
torque drift
color change
plate-out
dull surface
lower thermal stability
In PVC, RPM is not just a setting.
