َIn addition, Catalysts aren't interchangeable. Using the wrong amine catalyst or tin catalyst without understanding their specific roles in balancing cream time (for flow) and gel time (for curing) is a recipe for inconsistent foam.
Tailor formulations to the specific foam application (Flexible, Rigid, HR, Integral Skin, etc.) and validate them with lab-scale trials before moving to full production.

Moisture, even at ppm levels, can react with isocyanates to generate unwanted CO₂, leading to excessive foaming, uncontrolled porosity, and poor mechanical properties.
Store raw materials in controlled conditions, use drying systems, and run routine moisture checks.
