License agreement to deploy Syensqo’s DDF technology and jointly qualify innovative materials for OEM part production

#Syensqo, a leading global supplier of advanced materials and chemical solutions, today announced a partnership with Bucci Composites, a leader in the design and manufacture of structural composite parts, including a license for Syensqo’s Double Diaphragm Forming (DDF) technology. The collaboration aims to advance automotive composite manufacturing and to jointly qualify innovative material solutions with key OEMs. 

 

DDF is Syensqo’s advanced composite forming technology, enabling a highly automated, single-step process that delivers high-quality, repeatable parts with significantly reduced cycle times. The technology helps reduce total cost of ownership by simplifying logistics, improving part accuracy, and optimizing capital investment through integration with existing manufacturing infrastructure. 

 

Building on decades of collaboration between the two companies, #BucciComposites now combines its expertise in #composite manufacturing with #DDFtechnology to qualify Syensqo’s innovative resin systems tailored for automotive applications.
