CRITICAL AREAS YOU MUST CONTROL


1:-Bubble Stability = FOUNDATION

Center the bubble properly


Maintain stable frost line (not too high)

Avoid air ring imbalance


Non-uniform cooling = uneven shrinkage = wrinkles

2:-Collapsing Frame Alignment (MOST IGNORED)

4:- Spreader Roll (BEST LOW-COST UPGRADE)


*Bow roll / spreader roll flattens web before winding

*High impact with minimal investment

5:- Winding Technique (FOR HUMP-LESS ROLLS)

*Hump / telescoping occurs due to:

Uneven tension

*Poor lay-on pressure

*Edge thickness variation
