LyondellBasell has earned top honors at the Plastics Recycling Awards Europe for a tool storage case that demonstrates how #recycledplastics can deliver professional-grade performance. The chemical industry leader, alongside Bosch Power Tools, received recognition in the Household & Leisure category for the L-Boxx Contractor at a May 6 ceremony during the Plastics Recycling Show Europe in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The award-winning product represents a significant milestone in mechanical recycling applications. Several models in the Bosch L-Boxx Family — including the 1, 3, 3AC, and 4.3, with the Contractor model coming soon — contain more than 70% #recycledpolypropylene sourced from post-consumer waste. These rugged cases meet Bosch Power Tools' rigorous drop-test standards while providing reliable storage solutions for hand tools used by contractors and tradespeople daily.


"Recognitions like this one show what's possible when circularity is translated into everyday products delivering the performance customers expect while helping scale circular and lower-carbon materials through collaboration across the value chain," said Frank Noeltgen, vice president of advanced polymer solutions Europe at #LyondellBasell.
