Olin Corporation and Huntsman Corporation today announced that on July 13, 2026, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declared effective the registration statement on Form S-4 (the "Registration Statement") filed by Olin in connection with the previously announced all-stock merger of equals (the "Transaction") to form a combined company, #OlinHuntsman .
