PEEK implant with NanoVy™ Ti coating demonstrates much better bony apposition

NanoVy™ Ti is a nano coating of CP Titanium onto an implant surface, such as a PEEK polymer.   At 4 weeks, and again at 8 weeks, the PEEK implant with NanoVy™ Ti coating demonstrates much better bony apposition, and a significant reduction in fibrous tissue. NanoVy™ Ti coated PEEK demonstrates significant reduction in the fibrous layer associated with uncoated PEEK implants. This is achieved without reducing the radiolucency or altering the modulus of elasticy of the PEEK implant. SCG Chemicals or SCGC, led by Mr. Chatri Eamsobhana, Chief Commercial Officer, has delivered 10,500 food-grade #recycledfoodcontainers to the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA). The food containers are produced from used food containers collected from Bangkok activities and recycled by SCGC into new food containers through Advanced Recycling Technology, resulting in properties equivalent to virgin material and ensuring they are clean, safe, and suitable for food contact.
